Also included are a range of digital goodies, like downloadable race numbers, certificates and selfie frames. There is also a detailed festival section where you can find out everything you need to know about the capital of England.

We want you to be able to immerse yourself in your chosen destination, so as well as including lots of unique extras within the festival pages we have also included a series of virtual routes for you to pick from. As you upload your evidence you’ll be presented with fascinating content on the town, city or region that you’ve selected. There is also a totaliser that will give you an update on you progress.
For the 10k you can explore Leafy London or The Highlights of the City, for the Half Marathon we'll take you on Roman Adventure and for the Marathon you'll get the full works; starting out at Twickenham, coming down the Thames and entering the city to take in all of the London Landmarks, finishing at one of the most iconic - Westminster Abbey.
